By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.
Production Bible is a web-based production management platform designed for film and media productions. The Service allows users to manage crew, cast, housing, travel, purchase orders, gear, vendors, incidents, and related production information.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

As the owner of a project, you are responsible for all data entered into that project and for managing who has access to it. When you invite collaborators to a project:
You acknowledge that once project data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend using the Export/Backup feature regularly.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Candor of Liability, LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your project data is stored using Google Firebase, a secure cloud platform. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You acknowledge that:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CANDOR OF LIABILITY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Candor of Liability, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature within the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and your project data will be permanently deleted.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
